need help finding cars in st. Louis

    Hey,

I was wondering if any one knew of any good websites for finding cars cheap besides craigslist.com.

    Thanks.

I went through the same thing recently.  Craigslist is your best bet for sub $3,000 cars.  There are so many sub $3,000 cars that get listed, that you have to check the site multiple times a day, and call as soon as possible.  Autotrader is right out.  You won't find bargains on that site.  Your only other option is the Sunday paper.  Folks that are less technically savy (ie. seniors) will sell their bargain cars here.  Buy the Saturday edition so you can jump on good deals as soon as possible.

Ah, yes, the Post Disgrace is also a good source, I forgot about that.  You can even search on their website, www.stltoday.com through all the auto classifieds.
